The manner of speaking guys were awesome, calling me onwards of time and polite to my father and me! The but thing I am disappointed is that it came already assembled. Zipp is damaged, but I was hoping IT would still follow in the boxes and ready and waiting until Christmas Day. My dad had to correct the wheels connected it later, the casters were on backwards. We were also missing keys to both the top and bottom chests. I don't have patience for automatonlike voice menu, and then I went happening confabulate on the Craftsman website and they referred me to the company that specializes in their keys/locks. They mailed me 2 pairs without charge! A little provoke, but overall, my papa loves it!
